My dad told me that I must have always liked photography, because everything I wanted to be when "I grew up" was photography related. (Oceanography, Topography, Ultrasonography...you get the picture....:-) I even collected old cameras at garage sales long before I was "into" photography. I think I always liked "taking pictures", and I am always looking for a new challenge, so I guess this was just a natural progression for me. It never gets old; doing photography sessions, every newborn, baby and child is unique. Some are challenging, some are a breeze, but all of them are different and I enjoy them all! I look forward to meeting you and your family...

Didn’t want to sleep…

This little guy was 5 days old and although we were hoping for some sleeping images he decided that it was far more interesting to keep an eye on things than going for a quick nap… I love his stickity-up hair… He appears to be sleeping…but I think I caught a blink With his mommy… and his Daddy…

A Favorite Age…

I think besides those newborns less than 2 weeks of age the next best age for a session is the age where they can-sit-on-their-own-but-not-run-away-from-me-age… Kids at this age have that little sparkle of spunk in their eyes and I honestly giggle out loud when I proof those sessions… This little monkey didn’t let me down…

that we would have balmy outdoor conditions in November!!…When “D” booked this session a few months ago and asked for outdoors in November with two little girls…I wasn’t to sure about that…However we couldn’t have asked for better weather…”D” it was great meeting you and your family!!
